Deposit
To accept our quotation and secure your booking, an initial, non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is to be paid and our contract (or terms and conditions) signed and returned.  Once both the non-refundable deposit and signed contract is received, we will confirm your reservation.

Payment
A tax invoice for the remainder of the cost of your chosen package will be sent to you no later than five (5) weeks prior to your wedding.  We kindly require payment of the final invoice at least for four (4) weeks prior to your wedding date.

Please immediately contact us if you are unable to finalise payment of the tax invoice within this time.

If our tax invoice is not paid within four (4) weeks of the date of your wedding, and no alternative arrangement has been agreed to by us, we reserve the right to open the reserved date of your wedding for other bookings.  

We reserve the right to enter into a new payment schedule with you if you are unable to meet the above required timeframes at our complete discretion.

Upon payment of the non-refundable deposit, you have acknowledged and agreed to the terms and conditions contained herein.

Postponement or Cancellation
If you choose to postpone your wedding of your own accord, e.g. not in relation to government "stay at home" or "lockdown" orders) a further non-refundable deposit of $500.00 will be charged in relation to reserving your new wedding date.  This is a separate and further payment to the initial non-refundable deposit and the cost of your chosen package.

Where the date of your postponed wedding follows the original booking date by six months or more; the quoted price may be adjusted by Ludo Petrik Photography to cover any real increases in labour, produce, material and/or equipment that may occur.

Should you choose to cancel your wedding for any reason, the deposit paid is non-refundable.  The non-refundable deposit covers work leading up to your wedding including, but not limited to, emails, phone calls, video, and/or in-person meetings, recommendations, timelines, contracts etc.

All requests in relation to postponements or cancellations must be in writing.

Copyright and Licensing
All images retain legal copyright to Ludo Petrik Photography, as described in Australian Statutory Law.  All images and media supplied in print format and internet based are provided for personal use only.  If images are required for commercial use, a written request must be provided stating the use and purpose.

Travel Cost
I am always happy to travel to your chosen destination, for travel outside Newcastle area, a travel fee will be added to your package price.

COVID 19 Special Terms and Conditions
In circumstances where either or both of the parties are subject to government "stay at home" or "lockdown" orders we will happily work with you to lock in a new date for your wedding with your initial deposit paid being allocated to your new date.  If however you postpone your wedding to a new date when we are already booked or unable to provide our services, we confirm that the deposit amount is non-refundable.

In circumstances where your wedding is able to proceed, but you elect to postpone due to the impact of government restrictions (e.g., number of guests allowed to attend, the wearing of face masks, dancing/dance floor restrictions, border restrictions, etc), and other than "stay at home" or "lockdown" orders, the further following charges will apply:

• Rebooking to a Friday or Saturday.  A further fee of $150.00 will be charged;

• Rebooking to a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, no further charge.

Please be advised that, as per the disclaimer above, Ludo Petrik Photography holds no liability for unforeseen circumstances or events outside our control and retains at its sole discretion to agree to alterations to payment schedules and/or postponement and rescheduled dates.  However, and regardless, the initial deposit paid is non-refundable and which is to assist in the coverage of work performed at that time.
