The best way I can describe it is probably in the moment!
Weddings are a day of romantic moments and joyful experiences, not forced poses and endless staged pictures. You definitely want a few group shots of family and friends which will be posed, and during your bridal portraits you’ll find I might direct you towards the good light and suggest you have a little dance, or a moment together in spots that will look epic for a photo—but around that, I will shoot your wedding in a relaxed, photojournalistic style (which is just a fancy way of saying 'as the day unfolds'!)
The shots will be natural and candid leaving you with a record of your authentic, truly happy day.

There are several factors to take into account here, but the key ones are the locations you will be at throughout the day, the travel time between venues and the style of the final images. A simple way to calculate this is to work out the beginning and the end. What is the first image you want recorded? For example, getting ready for the wedding. And what is the last image you want? For example, leaving the reception. I find this normally adds up to between 8 to 10 hours and will give you a complete story of your wedding.

Relaxed, fun, approachable and most importantly, calm. My goal is to bring your wedding story to life but not intrude on the most special of days. With a bit of luck, you won’t even know I’m there.

This all depends on the season the wedding is being held in and the time of day. If it’s a winter ceremony and later in the day, we may well run out of light, so I would strongly recommend photos before. On the other hand, if it’s a summer celebration where the light (and heat) can be a bit harsh from late morning to late afternoon I would suggest you to have the photos afterward for the improved lighting and the comfort of your guests.

There is no exact science to this. Obviously the larger the family the longer it will take. I try not to rush these important memories, as this tends to give staged and very unnatural pictures. The photos tend to be done between the service and the reception and can take up to one and a half hours, so it’s important to factor this in, especially if you are also planning a receiving line at your reception.

This one is completely up to you. You already have professional photographers and videographers capturing your day, so opting for an unplugged ceremony means your guests to can really savour the moment.

1 - 2 days after your wedding you’ll receive around 10 sneak peek images. Following that the full gallery will be delivered in around 6 - 8 weeks.
